A company is looking for a People Services Associate to provide support throughout the entire candidate and employee journey.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for HR and recruitment inquiries, providing guidance on policies and processes
Manage recruitment tasks including scheduling interviews, arranging candidate travel, and handling onboarding documentation
Maintain employee records and provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR support, ensuring compliance and confidentiality
Required Qualifications
Experience with HR or recruitment systems, preferably Workday
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment
High level of discretion when handling confidential information
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
