Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver exceptional dining experiences by greeting guests, serving food, and handling payments at the register.
  • Keep the store clean and well-presented.
  • Adhere to operational standards and safety procedures to ensure high-quality, fresh food.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, working in various roles including Front Counter, Drive Through, and Kitchen.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to accomplish daily goals in a fun and positive atmosphere.

    Qualifications :

  • Friendly and helpful attitude.
  • Prior operations experience is a plus.
  • Some high school education.
  • Food Handler certification may be required based on local regulations (cost covered by the employee).

    • Physical Requirements :

    The role involves working in hot environments, often standing for long durations. Employees are required to lift up to 50 lbs and reach across counter tops at 36 inches to serve customers. The work environment is fast-paced, which requires effective communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
