Job Responsibilities

• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Collaborate closely with OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and support staff to guarantee complete and integrated care
• Empower Patients and Family Members: Educate those involved about therapeutic techniques to continue progress beyond sessions
• Track Progress and Adjust Plans: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt therapies as needed to keep patients on track

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Ongoing education and postgraduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Necessary Certifications

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must
