About the Team

HubSpot has been on a remarkable growth journey now a $3B ARR company growing 20% year-over-year and our Corporate Strategy team sits at the heart of what comes next.

We partner directly with the CEO executive team and Board of Directors to define and accelerate HubSpots long-term (46 year) strategy. Our mission is to identify the biggest opportunities ahead understand the risks and translate strategic bets into actionable plans across the business.

As a trusted thought partner to cross-functional leaders in Product Go-To-Market and Operations this team plays a critical role in shaping how HubSpot grows better for our customers and our people.

The Opportunity

Few roles offer the chance to influence the future trajectory of a global SaaS leader while developing your own leadership skills in the process. As a Senior Manager on the Corporate Strategy team youll lead a talented project team tackling the most pressing strategic questions facing HubSpots executive team. From assessing new market opportunities to understanding how AI will reshape our business youll help define where we play and how we win.

This is a high-visibility high-impact role ideal for someone eager to combine analytical rigor with creative problem solving people leadership and executive influence.

What Youll Do

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end strategy projects that inform executive decision-making.
  • Develop hypotheses structure workplans and synthesize insights from customer research market analysis and competitive intelligence.
  • Bring cross-functional partners to the table to co-create solutions that balance vision with execution.
  • Build business cases through concise presentations or memos that influence strategic priorities and investments.
  • Contribute to the annual strategic planning process translating long-term bets into actionable operational plans.
  • Stay ahead of trends in SaaS SMB and AI understanding how emerging technologies and competitive shifts affect HubSpots trajectory.
  • Coach and develop a high-performing team of strategists fostering growth and inclusion.
  • Serve as a culture carrier and role model for HubSpots values and leadership principles.

What Youll Bring

  • Bachelors degree required; MBA or equivalent experience a plus.
  • 78 years of experience in strategy consulting corporate strategy or strategy & operations roles within high-growth companies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills hypothesis-driven analytical and able to connect the dots across diverse inputs.
  • Comfort leading complex ambiguous projects with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to distill complexity into clarity for senior audiences.
  • Proven project management and people leadership experience.
  • Deep curiosity about technology software and the future of SaaS with a strong pulse on AIs evolving impact.

  • Pay & Benefits

    The cash compensation below includes base salary on-target commission for employees in eligible roles and annual bonus targets under HubSpots bonus plan for eligible addition to cash compensation some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpots equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills experience qualifications and other job-related reasons.

    Annual Cash Compensation Range :

    $184600 $295400 USD
