2ND SHIFT MACHINE OPERATORS NEEDED IN GRAND PRAIRIE!!!  TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking dynamic associates with some computer knowledge, be flexible, and enjoy coming to work!

Metro Staffing has partnered with a renowned manufacturing company located in Grand Prairie Tx. Our client specializes in the production of high-quality springs for various industrial applications and offers a great opportunity for individuals seeking to start their career in the manufacturing industry.

Machine Operators play a crucial role in the production process and will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate and monitor equipment such as presses, cutters, and assembly machines to uphold production standards
  • Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of machines to ensure smooth operations
  • Inspect finished products for quality assurance, making adjustments as necessary
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment
  • Record production data accurately and maintain production records

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment is a plus, but not required

    • 1ST SHIFT : 2 PM - 10 : 30 PM MONDAY THRU FRIDAY

    PAY $16.50 HOURLY
