Team Sellors (TS) Agency Globe Life Liberty National Division (GL LNL) is excited to announce a new opportunity within our dynamic team. We are currently seeking a full-time Sales Team Leader focused on insurance solutions to join our growing organization. This position is dedicated to fostering strong client relationships and delivering customized insurance solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. Please note, this is an onsite role and is not eligible for remote work.

Projected First Year Earnings : $65,000 - $85,000 (Each Year Compensation Increases)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct initial client consultations to understand individual insurance needs and financial situations.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
• Provide personalized insurance recommendations and solutions based on thorough analysis of client data.
• Navigate and update client records in our internal databases with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with sales and underwriting teams to facilitate seamless client experiences.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on market trends, product offerings, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout all interactions.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on client engagement activities and outcomes to management.
• Engage in community events and networking activities to promote the companys services and enhance client acquisition efforts.
• Advise clients on policy adjustments and renewals, ensuring solutions continue to meet their evolving needs.
