divh2Maintenance - Level I In Fresno, California / h2pWith a culture of recognition and reputation for excellence, ELS is the ideal organization in which to develop a long and successful career! / ph3What Youll Do : / h3pAs a Maintenance Worker you perform various maintenance duties requiring technical labor skills, including HVAC repairs and adjustments, plumbing, light carpentry / construction, appliance repair, groundskeeping and more. You work as a team participant along with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by ELS. / ph3Your Job Will Include : / h3ulliWork closely with management to maintain a clean, safe and appealing property. / liliAttend morning staff meetings to communicate daily vendor appointments and required work. / liliCommunicate regularly and professionally with other maintenance workers, management and staff and work closely with them on all special maintenance projects. / liliMaintain grounds and common areas and keep them free from trash and debris. / liliReport maintenance concerns directly to management and perform repairs. / liliMow, weed, edge and otherwise maintain common areas and vacant lot grounds. / liliConduct irrigation systems repairs. / liliYou will be required to move heavy objects and you may drive maintenance trucks to various locations on the property. / liliMonitor and control maintenance inventory and supplies. / liliPerform other miscellaneous duties as assigned. / li / ulh3Skills Experience You Need : / h3ulliHigh school diploma or the equivalent experience. / lili1-3 years of direct technical work experience in applicable areas, including irrigation repairs, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc. / liliAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment. / liliValid drivers license, good driving record and current auto insurance. / liliWilling to be on call for emergencies that arise after hours. / li / ulpIn return for your excellent skills and abilities, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including : medical, dental, and vision plans, a generous 401(k) employer match, and paid vacations, holidays, and sick time. / ppEstimated compensation for this position in the states of CA, WA, NY, and CO, is : / ppHourly : $21.00 - $19.00 / ppThe salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed.
