Certified Nursing Assistant - Home Care PRN

CNA will perform the following personal care activities as authorized, instructed and supervised by a Registered Nurse adhering to the patient's Aide Care plan, to include but not limited to : Patient bath, hair care (washing, brushing, combing and / or braiding), skin care, oral care, nail care (cleaning and filing), shaving male patients, patient transfer and ambulation, patient ADL's, light housekeeping activities, documentation as required by state / federal guidelines, reporting to appropriate supervisor possible changes in patient's condition, attending required hours of in-service per calendar year including CPR and emergency procedures.

Active CNA certification - required.
