As a Senior Client Manager, you'll be at the heart of our mission to help clients protect what matters most. You'll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring our clients feel supported and valued every step of the way. How you'll make an impact:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their teams.
• Partner with colleagues to deliver high-quality, timely solutions.
• Take ownership of the renewal process, ensuring client needs are met.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and coverage for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.

About you:

Required: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience. 1+ years supervisory experience. Appropriate licensing as required.

Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen. Experience managing client accounts in a professional setting.
