We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to lead nursing operations in a skilled healthcare environment. This role requires a strong leader with a comprehensive understanding of nursing practices, patient care standards, and regulatory compliance. The Director of Nursing will oversee staff, develop policies, and coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care

Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in compliance with regulations

Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff in a positive and professional environment

Coordinate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory nursing standards

Qualifications

Active California RN license

1+ year Medicare home health leadership experience

5+ years Director of Nursing experience in skilled nursing facilities

Strong leadership and communication skills

Expert knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and compliance standards
