District Sales Manager

Our ideal candidates possess previous sales management experience and proven performance in B2C sales. You will be expected to recruit, develop, and manage a team of commissioned sales professionals to reach our established Company performance goals and revenue objectives. It is very important in this role to have excellent communication, organization, and time management skills, as this is an inside position.

Must have a minimum of three years sales management and/or equivalent advisory experience.

Job Description:

• Recruiting, hiring, training, developing and managing a commission only sales force.
• Achieve established monthly closing rate and volume performance objectives.
• Duplicate all established Company training systems, policies and procedures.
• Develop and mentor sales representatives to achieve best results.
• Forecast/ Report monthly performance

• Drive sales in a results-oriented environment.
• Proven performance in direct sales.
