Web Operations Associate

The Web Operations Associate manages the day-to-day operations and performance of our ERP architecture, with a primary focus on how NetSuite integrates with our BigCommerce digital storefront. This role is responsible for ensuring the website runs smoothly, technical updates are executed with precision, and all systems are aligned with business and marketing goals. You will work cross-functionally with the e-commerce, marketing, warehouse, accounting, and customer service teams to ensure our growing infrastructure performs optimally and that internal stakeholders have the tools they need to succeed.

Responsibilities :

Oversee the ongoing maintenance and reliability of the ERP system infrastructure to support daily business operations.

Proactively troubleshoot and resolve system bottlenecks and data sync issues to prevent operational disruptions.

Manage the performance of 3rd party plugins and middleware, specifically Celigo and ShipHawk, to enhance DTC / B2B functionality.

Ensure a seamless flow of transactions across multiple platforms, including the website, Amazon, and Walmart marketplaces.

Coordinate with drop-ship vendors to ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory synchronization.

Own the QA process for all website updates, verifying accuracy and functionality both before and after go-live.

Utilize data analytics tools to monitor site performance, identify trends, and propose data-driven solutions to optimize user experience and sales.

Ensure the security and compliance of all e-commerce platforms and internal systems to protect customer data.

Handle multiple concurrent tasks and critical objectives in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality.

Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM

Skills :

Advanced Technicals : Proficiency in SQL, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for data reporting and site maintenance.

Logistics & Middleware : Specific experience with ShipHawk for fulfillment and Celigo for system integrations.

Project Management : Familiarity with JIRA, Asana, or similar ticketing and project management tools.

Digital Strategy : Knowledge of SEO principles, web accessibility standards, and A / B testing platforms.

Education : High School

Qualifications :

Platform Knowledge : Proven familiarity with CMS / e-commerce platforms such as BigCommerce, Shopify, or Magento.
