[job_card.job_description]Maintain a flexible schedule with typical hours being Monday-Friday (7 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM). Participate in weekend call (Friday 5 : 00 PM - Monday 7 : 00 AM) to ensure continuous patient care. Weeknight call coverage is also an option if you're interested. Benefit from a Level II facility with Cerner electronic medical records for efficient documentation. Our team prioritizes collaboration, offering support for deliveries while you're on call. Board certification in OB / GYN is mandatory. We seek a physician with a strong focus on gynecology, comfortable providing some obstetrical care as needed. The ability to perform gynecological surgeries during your coverage period is highly desirable. Current certifications in BLS, NRP, and EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) are preferred. An active Iowa state medical license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) is required. Credentialing typically takes 35-40 days. The ideal candidate can start ASAP and offer coverage in July and August, with the possibility to extend through September.
