Salary : $60,000 - 90,000 per year

TEAM Vocational Services mission is to provide a supportive, positive and nurturing work environment so that Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors (VRCs) can do their best work, without distractions. We allow all members to exercise great responsibility and freedom, while providing appropriate advice, guidance and coaching when needed.

Our VRCs provide services to clients throughout Washington who have sustained work-related injuries and / or occupational diseases. If you are someone who thrives on bringing about positive life changes to clients, we want to hear from you.

Job responsibilities include :

• Meeting with individuals who have sustained a work-related injury or occupational disease, their employers, medical providers, and legal representatives in the course of examining the employability of the individual,
• Assisting workers with return-to-work planning and the identification of resources in the community for job-placement assistance,
• At times, the VRC will assist the worker with securing retraining benefits, and
• Monitoring a workers participation and progress in retraining.

Compensation / Salary : This role offers a base salary with a performance-based bonus structure. The estimated total annual compensation ranges from $60,000 to $90,000, depending on factors such as education, credentials, and years of experience.
