Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance AI-driven features on Rovo's product and brand experience
Recruit, mentor, and support a design team while fostering a diverse and inclusive environment
Lead multiple AI initiatives from creation to execution, ensuring alignment with customer value delivery
Required Qualifications
At least 7 years of experience in Design Leadership roles as a direct manager
Experience in planning and driving direction autonomously as both a designer and manager
Strong belief in the potential of AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation
Experience with design infrastructure teams and across a suite of products
Proven track record of positive collaboration with departments like Engineering and Product Management
