Key Responsibilities
Analyze calls, emails, and social media interactions to ensure quality standards are met
Monitor agents and provide feedback based on quality results and customer satisfaction data
Facilitate calibration sessions and town hall meetings to align with client expectations
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel
