ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Dispatcher - Customer Service Associate, you'll work a Monday through Friday schedule between 8 : 00 AM and 4 : 30 PM.

Your role is a carefully choreographed blend of customer-focused finesse and organizational prowess. Handling inquiries with ease through various channels, you ensure satisfied clients and expertly schedule appointments for our field technicians. Beyond the frontline, your administrative skills shine as you seamlessly weave through paperwork, maintaining meticulous records that enhance the overall efficiency of our services.

• 1 year of customer service experience
• Service Titan experience
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Geographical knowledge of the service area and map-reading skills
