Position Overview:
Responsible for supervision of the daily work flow of pharmacy operations and activities to ensure efficient, effective, and accurate levels of operation. Assures compliance to established policies and procedures, laws, and regulations. Other duties include training, staff scheduling, input for personnel performance assessment, and staff development. Serves as a clinical pharmacist and carries out the dispensing and clinical functions of that job description. Functions as a drug specialist and therapy consultant in promoting optimum medication use in patient care areas whose client base includes patients of all ages.Job Description :
EDUCATION:
Doctorate: Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:
PHARMD-Licensed Pharmacist
Board certification required
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
5 years of recent relevant experience.

Pay Range is $93.27 to $111.92 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
