Position: Entry-Level Hospice Marketer
Location: San Antonio, TX
Schedule: Full-Time | MondayFriday, 8 AM5 PM

About the Role:


As a Hospice Marketer, youll represent Mi Casa Hospice in the community by building meaningful relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and families. Youll educate others about our hospice services and help connect patients with compassionate care.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, and long-term care facilities.
  
  
• Conduct community outreach and promote hospice awareness through visits, presentations, and events.
  
  
• Track and report daily marketing activities and referral leads.
  
  
• Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to ensure smooth admission processes.
  
  
• Achieve monthly referral goals and contribute to overall growth.
  
  

Requirements:

• Sales experience is required (healthcare, pharmaceutical, or service-based industry preferred).
  
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• Self-motivated with a professional attitude and ability to work independently.
  
  
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
  
  
• Compassionate and eager to learn the hospice industry.
