Education Management Consultant

A company is looking for an Advisory+ Consultant in Education Management (K-12 & Higher Education).

Key Responsibilities

Provide prescriptive, outcomes-focused consulting to a diverse portfolio of BEM customers

Understand customer needs and craft a roadmap for adopting or expanding functionality

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout their engagement

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience using, supporting, or consulting on BEM in K-12 and Higher Ed markets

Experience engaging with key stakeholders and driving organizational change

Ability to manage a portfolio of customers effectively

Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage deliverables with limited supervision

Experience with Blackbaud Award Management is a plus
