Production Lead

Job Summary

Oversees a section of the production crew and is responsible for maintaining duties as a laborer.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate and be prepared for morning huddles
• Responsible for keeping area organized, stocked, and supplied
• Keep whiteboard accurate and up-to-date
• Order tools and supplies needed for the week
• Ensures that good housekeeping and safety regulations are maintained in their section of the shop floor
• Train employees on the CAST system, flow and process of the factory and other processes as needed
• Lead a team of 1 to 5 employees, filling in when needed
• Additional duties may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
