About the Opportunity : GPAC has partnered with a reputable and fast-growing steel fabrication and erection company that delivers high-quality structural and miscellaneous metal projects across commercial and industrial markets. Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Steel Project Manager to oversee projects from contract award through final installation.

This is a direct-hire position with a stable and well-respected company offering long-term career potential and a strong pipeline of upcoming work.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all phases of structural and miscellaneous steel projects, including stairs, railings, catwalks, platforms, etc.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, engineers, detailers, fabrication teams, and field crews.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, material procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
• Review project drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with scope and deliverables.
• Track progress, resolve issues, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with estimating and detailing teams for change orders and revisions.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
