About the role

As an Enterprise Workday Business Architect, you will be a key contributor to Insight’s transformation from SAP to Workday. Collaborating with stakeholders across HR, Finance, Services, and Global Business Solutions (IT), you will help design and optimize business processes, ensuring strategies are translated into scalable Workday solutions that enable business outcomes.   You will contribute to mapping requirements to Workday modules, establishing governance frameworks, and enabling data-driven decision making through analytics and planning tools. As part of a cross-functional transformation team, you will guide change management and adoption efforts, supporting Insight’s transition from legacy SAP systems to a modern Workday platform.

Along the way, you will get to :

Design, map, and optimize business processes across HR, Finance, Services, and Extended Workforce using Workday modules.

Lead the SAP-to-Workday transformation by translating requirements into Workday solutions.

Establish governance frameworks and maintain process architecture.
