What You’ll Do

• Schedule, coordinate, and monitor freight carrier pickups to keep inventory moving efficiently
• Track shipment statuses from the office, ensuring the team always has visibility
• Partner with warehouse staff and carriers to resolve delivery issues promptly (no physical handling)
• Create, collect, process, and maintain shipping paperwork like BOLs, PODs, and invoices
• File and manage claims for damaged or missing freight with clear communication to stakeholders
• Stay in touch with carriers and internal teams via phone and email to keep shipments on track
