Global Operational Excellence Lead

Job Title : Global Operational Excellence Lead Type : Direct Hire Location : Remote with travel up to 30% international Salary Range : $116,000 to $146,000 / year plus 7% bonus Overview : Global Medical Device Company is seeking a strategic Operational Excellence Lead to join their team! In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Operational Excellence across global manufacturing sites. Responsibilities : Lead global operational excellence strategy by driving the implementation of OpEx strategy across all manufacturing sites Develop KPI frameworks, align goals with senior leadership and guide teams to improve performance Build and maintain a culture of continuous improvement by delivering training, standardizing processes, and deploy Lean Six Sigma and other methodologies to evaluate operational maturity Evaluate factory maturity levels, identify waste and process variability Implement improved systems and tools Provide regular reports to leadership on progress toward world-class operations Deliver education and awareness programs that reinforce operational excellence principles. Develop systems, strategies, and tools that raise cost efficiency, customer service, and associate engagement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate operational risks. Requirements : Bachelor of Science required, Master of Science or Business preferred Min of 8 years of experience in process engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering or similar field 5+ years of GMP experience preferably in the medical device industry Experience teaching continuous improvement and problem solving methodologies for multiple manufacturing / production sites Proven ability to lead large scale Operational Excellence initiatives. Six Sigma Black Belt Certification required. Training in Lean or other Continuous Improvement methodologies required. Change management experience required. Ref : #558-Scientific
