About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead and align our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams across the US and LATAM. This role will also collaborate closely with our product team in Ukraine to ensure customer-centric product development and strong market fit. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, expand our market presence, and strengthen key client relationships while building and managing high-performing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams in the US and LATAM.
  • Collaborate with the operations / product team in Ukraine.
  • Develop and execute strategies for revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Participate in strategic discussions with leadership and support key account development.
  • Play a central role in shaping long-term growth initiatives and evolving into a future Country Head.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in revenue leadership, sales operations, or commercial growth roles in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and team management skills.
  • Experience driving growth in the US and LATAM markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing abilities.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and execute business objectives.
  • English and Ukrainian or Russian is a must.
  • Nice-to-have : CRM background or experience in the pharma industry.
