Salary :

TENAX is looking for a Test and Evaluation Program Manager to support an upcoming program at Fort Hood TX. In this role you will be required to oversee the test support team, interact with the Government through test planning and execution, track resources, and produce deliverable reports and data.

Requirements are :

  • Bachelor of Science Degree
  • Ten (10) years experience with military systems
  • Five (5) years experience with US Army Operational Test Command / US Army Test and Evaluation Command
  • Top Secret Clearance
  • US Citizen
  • Managing a technical workforce in government contracting and / or test environment
  • Must be experienced in the development and management of work breakdown structures and earned value management measurements
  • Must have demonstrated ability in monitoring, reporting, and presenting overall project cost, schedule, and performance to the customer
  • Must be able to support travel
  • Advanced professional certifications, a plus. (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CSM)

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

  • This job requires the individual to work onsite at a US Army Installation and will consist of both environmentally controlled office time as well as outside range time.
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds unassisted
  • Must be capable of sitting and entering computer data for extended periods of time
