[job_card.job_description]Manage bi-weekly AP (Accounts Payable) packages for the client Review and approve invoices, including coding invoices in the system Support lease administration tasks Perform annual CAM reconciliations (January June for the previous year) Assist with project-based tasks after the reconciliation cycle Strong finance, accounting, and reconciliation skills Intermediate math and problem-solving abilities Experience working with large data sets Proficiency in Excel Ability to work independently Professional communication and demeanor Professional appearance Enthusiastic and proactive work style Lease administration experience Junior-level role Preferred : 1 2 years of relevant experience Bachelor s degree preferred Excel Virtual interviews with the team Final onsite interview
Candidates who receive an offer will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test as a condition of employment.

Position Summary
The Finance Analyst will utilize cash and accrual accounting fundamentals to prepare, evaluate, maintain, and deliver accurate financial reports for a portfolio of clients and properties.
