What Youll Do

  • Lead & Develop Your Team : Recruit train and mentor regional sales reps to exceed targets.
  • Drive Sales Growth : Develop strategies to expand market share build relationships and boost revenue.
  • Build Partnerships : Work closely with dealers contractors architects and distributors to position Techo-Bloc as the go-to choice.
  • Analyze & Optimize : Stay ahead of industry trends track performance and adjust strategies for maximum impact.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

  • Proven sales leadership with 5 years managing regional teams preferably in hardscape construction or building materials.
  • Strong industry knowledge and network within the hardscape or building materials market .
  • Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets .
  • Inspiring leader with excellent coaching communication and negotiation skills .
  • Willingness to travel regionally to support your team and customers.

    Training & Development :

    Techo-Bloc provides formal sales and product training plus access to the industrys largest self-paced video library.

    Physical Requirements :
