A company is looking for a Regional Director, Risk & Quality Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee performance improvement and execution for assigned regional states
Serve as the subject matter expert in risk, data capture, and quality improvement
Manage RQES provider engagement staff and coordinate with health plan leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or equivalent experience)
7 - 10 years of experience in Managed Care and / or health plan quality
Clinical experience for roles focused on Accreditation, Compliance, and HEDIS Interventions
Technical and strategy experience for positions focused on interventions
Master's Degree in a related field is preferred
