Work Schedule :  Hybrid (On-site : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday | Remote : Wednesday, Friday)

Position Overview

The Resource Scheduler I will support the Maintenance & Construction Scheduling department within the Gas Distribution organization. This role focuses on coordinating, scheduling, and supporting field resources to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance and construction activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and adjust daily / weekly schedules for Maintenance & Construction operations.
• Coordinate with field supervisors, technicians, planners, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate work assignments.
• Monitor schedule progress and identify potential conflicts or delays.
• Utilize scheduling and work management systems (e.g., SAP or similar platforms) to manage work orders and resource assignments.
• Generate reports and communicate schedule updates to internal teams.
• Provide administrative and technical support for Gas Distribution operations as needed.
• Support customer service activities by responding to inquiries and providing timely information.
