Senior Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM)

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is scaling at an unprecedented pace to support the next generation of AI-driven workloads. We are seeking a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead engagement and AI capacity buildout for large-scale enterprise customers, acting as the end-to-end execution owner across customers, data center design and architecture, engineering, and infrastructure. This is a high-visibility, high-ambiguity role with direct influence on OCI business decisions, investment priorities, and regional capacity strategy. You will operate independently in problem spaces where requirements are incomplete, architectural tradeoffs are complex, and decisions have material impact on OCI's long-term platform direction and customer commitments. Success in this role requires exceptional technical depth and breadth, strong business judgment, and the ability to drive clarity and execution without predefined playbooks.

Sitting at the intersection of customer strategy, cloud architecture, AI infrastructure, and large-scale execution, this role partners closely with OCI architects, engineering leaders, and infrastructure teams. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with most senior architects to translate customer AI and infrastructure requirements into scalable, supportable OCI architectures, influencing region design, GPU capacity planning, network and storage architectures, and deployment models. You are expected to engage deeply in technical discussions, understand architectural constraints and tradeoffs, and drive alignment across teams to enable timely and high-quality delivery. You will define execution plans, identify and mitigate technical and operational risks, and ensure commitments are met across multiple organizations with competing priorities. Beyond individual customer delivery, you will define and codify best practices, reusable mechanisms, and operating models that enable OCI to scale AI capacity delivery.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the engagement, design, and delivery of AI capacity and infrastructure for the largest enterprise OCI customers.
• Partner with OCI architects and engineering leaders to translate complex customer requirements into scalable, supportable cloud and AI infrastructure architectures, influencing region design, GPU capacity planning, network topology, storage architecture, and deployment models.
• Lead large, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders (including customers, partners, vendors, and OCI internal) and competing priorities, establishing clear ownership, roadmaps, milestones, and mechanisms to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Define and operationalize best practices, frameworks, and playbooks for AI capacity onboarding, region readiness, and customer handover, enabling OCI to scale delivery across many customers in parallel.
• Effectively communicate findings and progress to technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership.
• Mentor and raise the bar for technical program management across OCI by modeling strong technical judgment, execution rigor, and ownership, and by contributing to the evolution of TPM best practices.
