Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Backend Developer to join our team and play a key role in developing high-impact, user-facing applications. You will be responsible for delivering back-end solutions for business-critical platforms and agent facing tools, the primary interface for customer acquisition. These applications are central to both internal operations and customer engagement, requiring exceptional performance, usability, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, devops, and other backend developers.
• Write high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Add testable, high quality, scalable, testable, and maintainable code.
• Build and enhance features for the Agent facing tools.
• Ensure backend solutions meet business requirements and deliver an excellent user experience.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in backend architecture, standards, and best practices.

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate / range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is$100,246.00-$164,689.00 / year. The rate / range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
