Key Responsibilities
Generate requisitions and manage purchase orders, including document management and approvals
Interface with colleagues and vendors to ensure smooth procure-to-pay processes
Monitor purchase order spend and report discrepancies to business owners
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
2+ years of experience in procurement-related functions
Experience with Ariba or similar procurement systems preferred
Strong Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables
3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar function, preferably in finance or procurement
