PM Medication Nurse (LVN / LPN)

Waters Edge Lodge and Elders Inn are currently seeking a PM Shift Medication Nurse to join our esteemed Nursing Team.

Compensation : $32.75 per hour, paid bi-weekly

Role Description :

The Medication Nurse plays a crucial role in wound care, diabetic management, and medication management. This is a full-time position working a 4-on, 2-off rotation on the PM Shift (2 : 30pm-11 : 00pm). We are combining two part-time positions to make a single, full-time position.

Responsibilities :

• Monitor care plans
• Provide wound care
• Manage diabetic care
• Administer medications
• Supervise overall care
