About the Role

We are looking for a skilled RF Hardware Design Engineer with strong expertise in PCB hardware design and testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in RF, high-speed digital, and mixed-signal PCB design, along with a solid understanding of the full hardware design lifecyclefrom specification through validation. Experience with 5G LTE systems is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF and high-speed digital PCBs from concept to production
• Create and refine specifications, block diagrams, simulations, schematics, and layouts
• Perform validation and compliance testing (EMC / EMI, Telcordia, NTIA, Safety / UL, 3GPP, etc.)
• Select, source, and integrate RF components to meet system requirements
• Run simulations and trade studies to optimize circuit performance
• Drive PCB layout activities (preferably using Altium Designer)
• Use RF design tools such as Keysight Genesys / Pathwave and Ansys HFSS
• Operate RF test equipment including signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and VNAs
• Develop or direct test automation for hardware verification using Python
