Job Title : B2B Collector (Contract to Hire)

Location : Scotsdale, AZ (On-site)

Pay Rate : $25hr per hour (DOE)

Schedule : Full-time

Company Overview :

We are seeking an experienced B2B Collector to join our team on a contract basis . This role focuses on heavy business-to-business collections , working with aging reports, managing credit approvals, and negotiating repayment plans. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and excel in managing AR collections, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform high-volume B2B collections , managing aging accounts and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Review and analyze aging reports , prioritizing collection efforts for delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate repayment plans with clients to ensure timely recovery of outstanding balances.
• Manage credit approvals and monitor credit limits in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing disputes and escalate as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of collection activities and payment arrangements.
• Utilize Excel for tracking, reporting, and analyzing AR data.
