Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Controller overseeing all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable / receivable, and payroll
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reporting as the Controller of record
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models with full Controller-level authority
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls under the Controller's purview
• Collaborate with executive leadership to guide strategic financial planning and maintain Controller oversight of fiscal health
