Litigation and Transaction Paralegal

Gibson Arnold & Associates is seeking a paralegal with 3+ years of experience to join a company in Houston, TX. Responsibilities for this role will include :

• Drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents related to civil litigation and financing transactions, including NDAs and deal documents;
• Supporting due diligence efforts for prospective investments;
• Managing digital files, calendars, and deadlines;
• Liaising with outside counsel, clients, and internal stakeholders;
• Preparing summaries, reports, and legal correspondence;
• Supporting compliance and regulatory tracking;
• Monitoring legislation affecting litigation finance.
