Firebird Motorsports Park - Operations Event Support (Occasional / Seasonal Event Based Employment)

Summary :

The Operations and Event Support position at Firebird Motorsports Park plays a key role in ensuring the successful execution of public and private events, including motor sports races, festivals, corporate functions, and other entertainment activities. This position supports operations through event setup, guest service / event support, and post-event breakdown helping to create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This position supports the day-to-day facilities and operations by maintaining the entire grounds.

Responsibilities :

• Operations and Facilities Support

Assist with maintaining assets, vehicles, and equipment as needed.

Starts the day on track-punctual and prepped for race-day action.

Provide guidance and information to guests, vendors, and participants during events.
