Account Processor

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Saint Paul, MN that is seeking an Account Processor. Associates are required to be in office 100% of the time. This is a 100% processing role - candidates need to know this.Summary : This contractor will support Money Movement teams. The primary task will be assisting the MM Banking Wire team with high volumes experienced during year end. This will include reviewing information for accuracy, reviewing documents, and providing additional documentation needed for processing. Additional tasks could include preparing letters for mailing, opening mail, and assisting the Physical Processing team - opening, sorting, logging all mail & checks in dual control. This individual needs to be able to sit with others in a team environment, onsite 5 days a week.Responsibilities :

• Perform quality check on money movement requests submitted by front office trust team members on behalf of external clients
• Reviewing money movement requests received from the front office Trust teams; They are reviewing for accuracy in the submission and will then move the request along to the next step in the process or return it to the front office for corrections
• Accuracy is the most important function - however, we do have a goal of completing 50+ instances per day (this is dependent upon volumes as well)
• Partner with team members, front office trust officers and trust admins
• We do not interact with external clients; We interact via Teams chat with occasional Teams calls / meetings

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
