Key Responsibilities

Support timely execution of clinical development goals by managing project plans and deliverables

Organize development team meetings to facilitate decision making and track program progress

Develop and maintain project reporting dashboards and collaborate with various teams to ensure action item completion

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, preferably in a scientific or technical discipline

2+ years of operations experience, preferably in healthcare, technology, or consulting

Experience working with cross-functional teams and outsourced partners

Strong organization and project management skills

Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software
