Job Description

Our nationally accredited team is currently seeking a mental health therapist / counselor to provide therapy services for adolescents and adults in individual treatment!

Our Mission : At Transitions Counseling and Consulting we provide accessible skilled mental health services for children teenagers and adults at convenient locations throughout Arizona. Our mission is to provide safe high-quality mental health services in an ethical environment that embraces diversity and to train the next generation of therapists to also do so competently and confidently.

Your Role :

  • Therapeutic Excellence : Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Evidence-Based Care : Provide individual therapy to teens and adults using evidence-based practices to address depression anxiety and social challenges.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for your clients.
  • Mentorship : Guide and mentor advanced graduate interns.

    • Qualifications :

  • Must be licensed in Arizona as an LAC LMSW LAMFT LPC LCSW or LMFT.
  • Provide current level one fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety and renew as applicable.
  • Continuously maintain active cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid certification.
