[job_card.job_description]Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and data requirements. Analyze and profile large datasets using SQL to support business intelligence and data engineering needs. Develop and maintain source-to-target data mapping documents. Work closely with Data Engineers to validate data transformations and pipeline outputs. Partner with Power BI Developers to ensure data models are aligned with business use cases. Document business rules, data logic, and lineage to support data governance and quality initiatives. Perform gap analysis between current and desired data flows. Assist in UAT test case definition and execution in collaboration with QA analysts. 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst with a focus on data . Strong SQL / KQL skills , including complex queries against large datasets. Demonstrated experience in data mapping, data profiling, and source-to-target documentation . Experience working with modern data platforms ; familiarity with Microsoft Azure Data Factory (ADF), Data Lake, and / or Microsoft Fabric is a plus. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Strong communication skills and comfort interfacing with business and technical stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile or hybrid Agile / Waterfall delivery methodologies. Project / Program management skills. Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools. Project / Program management skills.
