In order to be seated for an interview, we require the following:

• Valid driver's license and social security card
• Certification or verification of classes
• Resume
• Current negative TB test OR a chest x ray stating no TB present with a current screening
• Copies of CPR and First Aid certifications
• Proof of current auto insurance
