Qualifications :

• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Arizona.
• Bachelor's degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program (Architectural Engineering preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in consulting engineering.
• Expertise in designing mechanical / plumbing systems, including :
• Trane Trace load calculations, basic HVAC system equipment layouts, HVAC controls, and plumbing systems (equipment and fixtures).
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD, along with tools like COMcheck, Excel, OneNote, and Word.
• Strong organizational, logic, and reasoning skills to translate concepts into deliverables.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
