Principal Service Engineer IS

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Principal Service Engineer to join our IS Asset and Supply Chain Management team. This role will collaborate closely with 3rd Party Logistics Partners, End User Support, and internal ServiceNow and Oracle teams to deliver exceptional IS equipment services to our caregivers. The ideal candidate is passionate about transforming IT service delivery at scale, with a strong background in continuous improvement, AI-driven user experiences, and a commitment to streamlining hardware fulfillment processes-including IT asset disposition (ITAD), project-based orders, imaging, and ServiceNow data integrity.
