Integration Specialist

A company is looking for an Integration Specialist to support customer data integrations and improve product functionality.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver data integrations into the product as part of the customer success team

Collaborate with R&D on new integrations and enhancements of existing ones

Assist the product support team with integration-related issues

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience supporting integrations with ERP, CRM, or financial systems

1-3+ years of iPaaS or middleware experience with platforms like Workato or MuleSoft

Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (JavaScript or Python)

2+ years of experience using APIs and Postman for integration workflows

Strong decision-making skills and a customer-focused mindset
