Key Responsibilities
Facilitate training for the CX Solutions department, including onboarding and ongoing development
Oversee the intake and assignment of customer disputes to ensure timely resolution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education; post-graduate coursework preferred
5+ years of relevant work experience in customer success, project management, or training
Strong proficiency with Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce knowledge preferred
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
History of fostering a collaborative team environment
