Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Veterinarian role based at the Sherman Oaks location in Los Angeles, CA. The Veterinarian will provide comprehensive medical care to animals, including diagnostics, preventive care, surgery, and treatment of illnesses and injuries. Responsibilities include engaging in patient diagnostics and laboratory testing, performing surgical and dental procedures, managing rehabilitative care, and offering exceptional client communication and education on pet care and treatment plans. Additionally, the Veterinarian will participate in emergency and urgent care services as needed.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of veterinary diagnostics, internal medicine, and preventive care
• Proficiency in veterinary surgery, anesthesia, and dentistry
• Experience in emergency care, patient recovery, and rehabilitation services
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in laboratory testing and imaging
• Excellent communication and client education skills for discussing treatments and care plans
• Veterinary degree (DVM or equivalent) and a valid license to practice in California
• Team-oriented with a commitment to delivering compassionate patient care
• Desirable : Familiarity with international veterinary practices and protocols
